EXS 1020 - Resistance Training Techniques

Description: This course is intended for EXS majors and minors. It is deisgned to acquaint the student with the basic skills, methods and techniques necessary to be a compentent exercise leader in the area of resistance training. Emphasis will be placed on lifting technique, program design for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced exerciser.
