Land surveying is the branch of surveying which deals with the general aspect of the surveying, establishing/reestablishing, and describing the boundaries of real property, condominiums, and easements, and rights-of-way. The practicing land surveyor must be registered or licensed in accordance with state statutes.

1. The following courses comprise the program:

2. All courses are required.

Prerequisites for the courses listed above may include one or more of the following: SUR 2520 - Surveying II, SUR 2530 - Route Surveying, and SUR 2620 - Survey Drafting - CAD, in addition to college courses in calculus, probability and statistics, and physics. See advisor for details.
