Student Complaint Policy

Students are encouraged to first address concerns and conflicts directly with the relevant faculty or department/program staff. See MSU Denver’s Student Complaint Policy.

Students must complete Metropolitan State University of Denver’s internal complaint process. If the issue remains unresolved, they may then file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) by following the instructions provided on their website.
