COM 3570 - Training with Technology

Description: In this course, students create interactive training programs, using current digital resources and environments. These training programs are grounded in widely-accepted instructional design principles. Students research and write a needs assessment, desired learning outcomes, audience analysis, and technology solutions for multiple training scenarios. Students also analyze and evaluate technology-based training programs for effectiveness in meeting the pre-defined learning outcomes.
