NUT 4100 - Advanced Human Nutrition

Description: This course provides an in-depth study of the regulation and interaction of nutrients and nutrient metabolism at the organism, cellular, and molecular levels and the mechanisms by which nutrients regulate metabolic functions in health and disease. Students will gain an understanding of the regulation and integration of nutrient metabolism, as well as mechanisms by which nutrients regulate physiological processes.
