Students address the historical context of their designs as they practice critical thinking, research, problem solving, and aesthetic refinement. Projects require sketches, models, written reports, and verbal presentations of student design concepts. Students are required to use digital photography, technical drawing, and page layout skills to create portfolio pages that depict and describe their projects in preparation for the required portfolio screening process.
