CAS 3100 - Business and Professional Speaking

Prerequisite(s): CAS 1010 or permission of instructor

Description: This course focuses on the processes involved in effective speaking in business and industry, with emphasis on preparing for and delivering presentations to organizational audiences. This includes the use of audio-visual materials as they relate to communication processes in organizations at the interpersonal level. Students refine communication skills in preparation for some of the unique speaking situations found in modern organizations. This course does not satisfy General Studies requirements for Oral Communication.
