HPL 2230 - Ballet II

Prerequisite(s): HPL 1130 or Instructor Approval

Description: This course is designed for students with advanced beginning ballet skills. It will cover intermediate level Classical ballet barre and center floor exercises, stressing performance quality and proper alignment, based on functional anatomy and physical laws of motion. Students will also be introduced to the historical context in which ballet originated and developed.
