PSY 2850 - Psychology of Sexuality

Description: This course is a survey of human sexual functioning, and covers sexual anatomy and physiology, the biological and environmental influences on the development of sexuality and sex roles, and the interface of human psychological functioning with sexual identity and behavior. Topics covered include sex research, sexual health, gender development, sexual orientation, sexuality across the lifespan, sexual variation and deviation, sexual dysfunction, intimate relationships, legal and ethical aspects of sexuality.
