SLHS 5210 - Speech Sound Disorders

Description: Examination of advanced theories of normal and disordered speech-sound acquisition and their application to evidence-based differential diagnosis and treatment of speech sound disorders across the lifespan. Multicultural implications for assessment and treatment will be discussed. Students will evaluate published research and apply findings to clinical case studies.
Note: Student must achieve a B- or better for this course to count towards the MS SLP.
