AAS 3980 - Internship in Africana Studies

Prerequisite(s): AAS 1010

Description: This internship places students in corporate, private non-profit, and/or community-based agencies that serve Black and African Diaspora communities. A written contract between the student, site supervisor, the Classroom to Career (C2) Hub, and department chair is required. Internship activities may include developing skills in problem solving, program development, grant writing and group leadership.
