EDS 3130 - Foundations of Educational Psychology and Philosophy

Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of Level I General Studies requirements; and sophomore standing

Corequisite: EDS 3140

This course focuses on psychology and philosophy as they apply to teaching in middle and high schools. Teacher candidates are introduced to theories and practical applications in educational philosophy, psychology, history, and governance, as well as curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
