NONC 1222 - Cooking with Cannabis


Students in this course develop an in-depth understanding of the preparation, infusing, dosing, and portioning of cannabis in commercially viable foods. The course will cover the various ways cannabis is consumed, the multiple applications of cannabis in food preparation, and the commercial uses of both hemp and cannabis plants in food production. Students will engage in hands-on learning activities to develop their skills in dosing and portioning of CBD concentrates and terpene extract in food products.
