Beverage Minor

The Hospitality, Tourism and Events department offers five minors: Hotel, restaurant, beverage, tourism, and special events.  These minors are open to students at MSU Denver majoring in a field of study other than HTE.  The minors provide specialized knowledge specific to the area, with emphasis on the application of business and management principles.

A grade of D or better is required for courses in this program to count toward the Bachelor’s degree. Students should note that programs differ in the minimum grade required.

Students seeking a Beverage Minor must be 21 years of age or older.
