- A senior experience course is required for all students in each concentration and will be selected in consultation with a department faculty advisor.
- Elective courses within each concentration will be selected in consultation with an advisor approved by Department of Communication Arts and Sciences.
- Independent study, topic courses, and experiential education courses such as practica and internships may be taken in each of the program areas.
- SPE 1010 Public Speaking is required as the General Studies: Oral Communication course but does not count in the hours for the major.
- A grade of C- or better is required for each course in this program to count toward the bachelor’s degree. Students should note that programs differ in the minimum grade required.
