Beverage Minor

The Department of Hospitality, Tourism and Events offers five minors: Hotel, restaurant, beverage, tourism, and special events.  These minors are open to students at MSU Denver majoring in a field of study other than HTE.  The minors provide specialized knowledge specific to the area, with emphasis on the application of business and management principles.

A grade of “D” or better is required for courses in this program to count toward the bachelor’s degree. Students should note that programs differ in the minimum grade required.

Students seeking a Beverage Minor must be 21 years of age or older.
