Human Performance and Sport Minor

The human performance and sport minor concentrations are for non-majors in human performance and sport. Programs are open to all other disciplines of study within the University. The primary objective is to provide instructional studies in a liberal arts institution in human performance and sport, thereby enhancing one’s knowledge, understanding, and skillful use of this area of study to pursue a better quality of life.
Minor programs will not meet requirements for teacher licensure with the Colorado Department of Education.
Additional requirement: A grade of “C” or better is required for all human performance and sport courses taken in any major/minor concentration. Students should note that programs differ in the minimum grade required.
