Students earning this badge participate in the department’s Psyched to Work! (P2W!) program, including over twenty professional development activities, career exploration assignments, and a job-shadow experience. It recognizes accomplishments such as networking, resume building, elevator pitching, and job shadowing, which equip students to excel in professional environments.

Earning Criteria

Participants earning this badge are required to take part in the Psyched to Work (P2W!) program, and complete assignments related to career development, career readiness, and job shadowing experiences.
