About the Program
The Certificate in Public Relations is a 15-credit program that gives working professionals the skills they need to help their organizations communicate and engage with important stakeholders, internal and external. Students will learn to create compelling content for websites, social media and printed products. They will learn best practices in public relations and organizational communication and the process to develop strategy and execute a campaign. Strategies for handling potential crises also is covered.
