Philosophy Minor

The minor in Philosophy is a very flexible program designed to complement a number of possible majors, including Anthropology, English, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology, among others.

A letter grade of “C” or better is necessary in each of the required core courses.

PHI 1010 - Introduction to Philosophy
PHI 1030 - Introduction to Ethics
PHI 1110 - Language, Logic and Persuasion
PHI 3000 - History of Ancient Philosophy
or
PHI 3020 - History of Modern Philosophy
