ACCM 5000 - Accounting Ethics, Professionalism, and Leadership

This course examines professional ethics from a philosophical, business and accounting perspective. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Code of Professional Conduct, the Colorado Board of Accountancy Statutes, Rules, and Regulations, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the codes of conduct of other professional accounting organizations and theories of leadership are discussed.
