Prerequisite: Six semester hours of English above 1020 or Permission of instructor
This course is a study of the various forms of literature produced by Black Americans. The works are considered in the context of the historical and social conditions of the time at which they were written.Credit will be granted for only one prefix: AAS or ENG.
