Description: This course explores the opportunities and challenges of creating sustainable tourism and recreation experiences that positively impact cultures, environments, and economies while minimizing and mitigating negative consequences. Students will analyze land and leisure, environmental stewardship, responsible development, and human diversity in the context of sustainable tourism and recreation.
