ENG 3800 - Creative Writing Bootcamp

Prerequisite(s): ENG 2500 or Permission of Instructor

Description: Bootcamp classes are one credit writing/workshop intensive courses built around the production of theme-oriented (types of short story; opening and outlines of a novel; chapbook of poetry; etc.) work. The center of the bootcamp is a three-day weekend during which the students and professor meet to perform exercises, workshops, writing, and market identification, as well as discuss submission and/or performance strategies and materials.
