REL 3400 - Real Estate Technology


Credits: 3

Prerequisite(s): FIN 3800 and junior or senior standing

Description: In this course, students review, use, and discuss current real estate technology, including real estate-specific search engines, marketing software and practice management software. Students are introduced to ARGUS Enterprise and ARGUS Developer, and obtain hands-on experience with current software and research adjuncts.
