JMP 4400 - Long-form Nonfiction Writing

Prerequisite(s): JMP 2100 or Permission of Instructor

Description: Students study and practice conceiving of, researching and writing the types of long-form nonfiction articles that are published in traditional magazines and in online news and feature outlets. Students produce two publishable long-form nonfiction article. They research likely outlets for long-form articles and practice proposing articles for publication in those outlets.

Note: Credit will be granted for only one prefix: HON or JMP.
