The Training and Organizational Development Minor is designed to develop skills that will increase employment opportunities in the fields of organizational training, instructional design, media production, and organizational development. The minor includes courses from the departments of Teacher Education, Communication Arts and Sciences, and Technical Communication and Media Production. Students must complete a minimum of 24 semester hours. In addition to required core courses, students choose one of the following concentrations:
- organizational development strategies
- content and technology delivery
- media and interactive media production
Students must contact an advisor to plan a course of study for their particular minor. If you have taken any one of the required courses as part of your major, you must substitute another course in the minor for it.
