Selective Service Registration Certification

The proof of Selective Service Registration is still required for men born after December 31, 1959 for certain federal employment (such as roles in the executive branch of the federal government and the U.S. Postal Service), state employment, certain security clearance levels for contractors, job training under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and immigrant men residing in the U.S. who failed to register when they were at least 18 but not yet 26 years old (unless they entered the U.S after the age 26).
