BVG 3950 - Beverage Sales and Marketing

Description: In this course, students are introduced to the principles of selling and brand marketing of beverage products. Lectures and course activities are designed to provide practice in the skills of developing relationships with clients where brand image and value is communicated in a manner that promotes sales and fosters successful relationships with business partners. Case studies and discussions develop an understanding of brand identity and strategies to communicate corporate vision and product value to customers. The dynamics of selling a brand are delivered in the context of a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
