Enrollment in the Brewing Science Minor requires a Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry Major, or related science degree, subject to approval by advisor. A student must achieve a GPA of 2.0 or higher in the minor courses. A grade of "D" or better is required for courses in this program to count toward the bachelor's degree. Students should note that programs differ in the minimum grade required. Some courses in the Brewing Science Minor require a student to be 21 years of age or older.
