About the Program
The Gender Studies minor offers courses on gender and women’s studies. The minor prepares students to examine contemporary social justice issues using gender as a category of analysis, while embracing an intersectional, transnational, and feminist perspective.

Program Requirements
- This minor is a total of 21 credits.
- The Gender Studies minor must be planned in consultation with a faculty member in GWS.
- A grade of “C-” or better is required for each course in this program to count toward the minor.
Required Courses: 15 credits
Elective Courses: 6 credits
