About the Program


The Human Resource Management Minor provides non-Business majors an understanding of how to effectively maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources policies, programs, and practices. Students will have the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to hire, develop, and maintain positive relationships with others in today’s increasingly diverse and dynamic work environment.
