About the Program

Students in the Appraisal and Title minor will learn to appropriately apply real estate appraisal methods and to apply due diligence in real estate evaluation and environmental assessments.

Program Requirements

This minor is a total of 21 credits.
A minimum grade of “C-” is required in all minor courses.
At least 9 credits of courses in the minor must be completed in residency at MSU Denver.
