This course provides an integrated perspective on the management practices and systems that influence the development and contributions of individuals within a culturally diverse work force. The focus is on those practices that enhance an organization’s effectiveness in the increasingly competitive domestic and global marketplace. Credit will be granted for only one prefix: MGT or WMS.
