Prerequisite(s): Minimum performance standard scores on the reading, writing, and mathematics preassessment placement tests and high school algebra or equivalent
An introductory survey course for nonscientists that emphasizes the main concepts of physics, including mechanics, properties of matter, heat, sound, electricity, and magnetism, light, modern physics, and relativity.
